Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: Proverbs 25:28 Whoever has no rule over his own spirit is like a city broken down, without walls.

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray – Amen.
