Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: 1 John 1:19 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) -  In Jesus name I pray – Amen.
