We all want to pray but sometimes we find it difficult to begin our prayer. Many Pastors and Ministers suggest you begin your prayer by praying back God’s words from Scripture.

Pray: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Lord hear Your words: Galatians 6:7-8 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the spirit reap everlasting life.

Lord hear my request: (Say your needs, wants, fears, thanksgivings) - In Jesus name I pray - Amen

YOUR SALVATION

God says that none are good
Romans 3:10, "There is none righteous no not one."

None of us as we are, are acceptable to God. God says that all are sinners

Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God."
All of us regardless of place in life need God's forgiveness

God gives us the way
Romans 10:9-10, " That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. (10) For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Confess simply means to agree that you are a sinner and that Jesus alone was your substitute in death on the cross.

To believe in your heart means to make a commitment of yourself to the living Christ as your hope for eternal life.

A prayer for salvation:

Dear Lord:

I am sorry for my sins. I believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave on the third day to save me from my sins.

Please forgive me of all my sins and come into my heart and save me.

I accept you now as my savior.

Thank you lord for saving me today

In Jesus name I pray

Amen.
